Who is Sean Murray?

Sean is a Dublin born musician and songwriter living in Spain on the Costa Del Sol. He is a very highly respected entertainer currently performing every night in Marbella and Estepona. Sean’s songs are published and receiving critical acclaim in Nashville and right across the American country music scene.

Almighty Craic

It roughly means ‘brilliant fun’. This album revisits a number of Irish pub singalong classics, but whilst paying homage to the Fureys, Dubliners, Pogues and Clancy Brothers etc, it breathes new life and brings a fresh style to an old genre. There are some more recent songs too.

Where has it come from?

The music production and arrangements are by Pete Ware (also living in Spain). Pete is well known in the UK and Ireland for his musical work with Charlie Landsborough and many others. The album was recorded at Pete’s ‘Parrothouse’ recording studio in October 2009

Who is going to like it?

Well hopefully everybody! We enjoyed making it for sure. It is ideally suited to parties and festivities anywhere and anytime, if you’re Irish, then you’ll know some of the tunes, but this is merry-making music for any occasion.

What’s next?

Well, volume two of course! Scheduled to be recorded in the Spring of 2010 and then three, four and so on. These albums are fun to make so you won’t have to wait too long.
